CAL-Leader 360This survey measures the 19 leadership competencies outlined in the State of California Leadership Competency Model developed by the California Department of Human Resources (CalHR).
ManagerThis survey measures the leadership skills of those whose primary job it is to direct and coordinate people in teams, work groups, or departments. Ideal candidates are supervisors, project leaders, managers, and directors who are actively involved in supervising others on a day-to-day basis.
Emerging LeaderThis survey measures the 16 most important characteristics for success in most professional settings. It’s perfect for college students and early career professionals who want to know how others perceive their personal qualities, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, and leadership skills.
TeamThis survey includes all the questions from the Emerging Leader Survey in addition to questions about the team. Each team member receives a Team Member Report for personal feedback as well as a Team Assessment Report that identifies the team’s strengths and weaknesses.
Nurse ManagerProvides feedback to nurses who manage others in a hospital or clinical setting. The 16 core competencies that are measured come from the widely used national standards set by the American Association of Nurse Executives and the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses.
PhysicianThis survey measures the personal qualities, interpersonal skills, clinical skills, and leadership skills of physicians and related clinical professionals who have management responsibilities. It helps develop clinical leaders and can improve healthcare throughout the system.
Community LeaderThis survey provides feedback for those who are seeking to be civic and community leaders. It goes beyond the skills required to lead an organization and focuses on the complex problems in cities that require collaboration and consensus building across various stake holder groups.
