Continuity Consulting, in partnership with Citygate Associates, developed a year long Leadership Academy for more than 50 of the organization’s managers and executives. The Academy was part of the organization’s succession planning efforts to develop tomorrow’s executives and key department leaders. The goal was to prepare participants to assume leadership roles and responsibilities, instill common values and goals across the organization, increase core leadership and management competencies, enhance and expand the skills and effectiveness of participants, instill accountability, and incorporate cutting-edge leadership practices into their daily performance.
