From downtown Sacramento, take Highway 50 toward Placerville/South Lake Tahoe. Take the E. Bidwell/Scott Road Exit. Turn Left onto E. Bidwell, heading northwest for approximately 2.3 miles. Continue past Oak Avenue Parkway to the intersection of E. Bidwell Street and Blue Stone Circle. Turn right at the light into the parking lot of single story office buildings.
